Under normal circumstances, doing a force-sync should never be necessary. If you had allowed the startup sync to finish, it would have updated everything correctly. We will update the app so that forcing a sync while one is already happening will not be allowed. This message was edited Feb 14, 2011.

We support the most popular patterns. "Repeat 3 then skip a day" isn't a very popular pattern, so we will not be supporting it, sorry. Fortunately, there is a straight forward way for you to get this to work with 3 copies of the task that leap frog each other.

Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Feb 14, 2011 Score: 0 It is probably getting added over a over by a 3rd party app that is syncing badly. This often happens with the Outlook syncing tool. You'll need to contact the company that makes the 3rd party apps that you are using for support with their products.

When you assign a task to someone, this isn't displayed for you because you will know that you just did it. It is tracked for them, since they may not know. We also don't currently track edits to tasks you assigned to other people because we thought that this might create too much noise. We will reevaluate this decision after some time and see if this is the case.

Since these are both 3rd party products, I dont know how they sync or what changes would fix the problem. You might try to temporarily eliminate one of them and see if you can determine which one is causing the problem. Then contact the company that makes that product to see if they have advice.

Just do a search for "completed=yes" and add any other criteria to further narrow it down if you wish. Then use the multi-edit tool to delete those tasks.
Jake Toodledo Admin	Posted Feb 11, 2011 in: Lost My Folder And Context Designations Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Feb 11, 2011 Score: 0 There are two things that could have happened. 1) You may have lost your network connection, or it might have gotten really slow while on Toodledo, so any changes you made would not get fully saved to the website. If this happened, the orange spinners that appear briefly when editing a field would have never gone away and would have indicated that it was still trying to save the data. If you closed your browser before the spinners all went away, then the data would not have saved. 2) You may have synced some external app with Toodledo that still had the old data and it incorrectly overwrote the data on the server. It depends on what you are syncing. If you use our iPhone app, this would only happen if you pressed the "force sync from iPhone to website" button.
