Great and usefull but...
I found several files on the list that has no files atached (0) but link returns one or more tasks on the other hand i found some cases with atached files where links doesn't return any related tasks. Is this normal or you need to fix it? |

Now, we have a task number limitation of 20.000.
Have you got on mind to increase this number if we access part of those tasks offline maintaining online limitations? Thank you for this new effort! |

For me, it will be very usefull to know if a file is atached or not to a task or a group of tasks.
On the menu Organize>Files you could add a counter to indicate how many tasks are linked to each file. That will be usefull to erase old files non atached to a task. On the search options you could add selecting list for screening tasks that has an specific file atached. thank you |

Please, forget my last post.
From now on, i will use search view to show all my tasks (completed or uncompleted) and the other views to show counters and tasks of my active or recently completed tasks. Simply i understood recently the real functionality of them. Sorry |

Important counters are those that should show us our PENDING WORK=UNCOMPLETED TASKS.
Completed task counter is necessary too, but we have it yet at loaded page bottom. Assuming and expecting that only a few group of tasks are uncompleted (5% in my case) it has no sense to show tab counts, including completed tasks, when loading search view page. Why don't you try it by showing automatically uncompleted tasks of all saved searches? Thank you. |

You said on another post in June 2010:
"Notes are always moved forward to the active version of the task. The old completed versions are just a shell of the original task and so don't have the note. This is something that we intend to improve in future versions. It's a technical issue on our side." Are you working on the way of : Maintaining notes and atached files on Old version of the task ? Changing due date, and creating empty notes and atached files on future version ? Thank you! |

Hi there,
Extending the same idea used on Multi-Edit, it will be very usefull to clone all the tasks viewed on a search adding the feature of changing parameters as you did on Multi-Edit function. In other words, you could use the same development but having the possibility of choosing between 2 options: Edit/Clone the tasks you are watching in your screen. Thank you! Joan |

It will be very usefull to show the number of tasks remaining on saved searches, as you did on the other views. The diference should be that to avoid a lot of calculations when clicking search view, this number should only change when clicking and specific search.

The new calendar is almost perfect, but i need it combined with saved searches.
In other words, the functionañity could be like this: 1) Select saved search in search view. 2) Select Calendar view maintaining the selected search (Same thing that is now available with show filters when you change between diferent searches) 2) Select a day, week, month,... showing tasks taking on account the search. Thank you! |
