If you suspect that you deleted the task, you can check the "recently deleted tasks" list in your account settings.

If you need to show multiple folders crossed with multiple contexts then you can do this with our search page.

This is because there is not a perfect translation between iCal and Toodledo. We don't know if an event on the calendar is completed or uncompleted because iCal does not have a checkbox for events. So, we have to make them all uncompleted. You could do a search for all tasks with a due-date in the past that were added via the import and then use the multi-edit tool to mark them all as completed. This would only take a few steps. Here is more info: http://www.toodledo.com/info/search.php As for backups, we maintain backups for disaster recovery. We do not currently have a way to restore an individual account to a previous state. It is a good idea, and something that is on our to-do list, but it isn't a simple thing.

These 3 horizontal lines are the "grippy part". Tap and hold on the grippy part of the row on the right side until the row "lifts up" then drag and let go where you want it to be and lift up your finger.

Are you syncing with any 3rd party applications? The Outlook sync tool in particular sometimes deletes tasks, which is something that we warn people about where we list this tool. Are you syncing with Outlook?

Please try to resend the invitation to the email address that the other person has used to signup for Toodledo.
