If it is 2 hours off from your computer, then that would cause the flip flopping that you are experiencing.

We expect to be able to complete it without any downtime, but there is the possibility that there may be 10-15 minutes of reduced performance (slower page loads). With remote alarms, the website must send the alarm to you over the internet. They could get delayed, and Apple does not guarantee delivery. Right now, remote alarms and remote badge updates are linked together. We plan to allow for device alarms and remote badges, but this isn't possible yet. If you want remote badge updates, you'll need to stick with remote alarms too.

We are planning to add an auto-refresh option. Right now, the quickest way to refresh a list on the iOS app is probably to tap "sorted by..." and then tap "done".

Try signing into all the accounts that you have until you find the one that is correct and then go on the iPhone and make sure you are syncing with the same account. If it is different, you'll need to wipe the phone and download a fresh copy of all your tasks from the website.
