In either one, completed tasks up to 1 week ago will be exported for free accounts. If you have a Pro account, older completed tasks will be exported. We can do metadata for tasks. You might consider making a notebook entry called "MyApplication MetaData" and put the data there and instruct users not to mess with it. We may add metadata for other objects in a future update to the API.

You may disagree with this, but I actually classify this as an error in our documentation. Private folders have never been omitted from RSS or iCal because we don't view these two features as vehicles for sharing. They could be used for sharing, but they are most commonly used to sync your own tasks with your own 3rd party app. Private folders hide tasks from being shared via the "Sharing" functionality and this works correctly. That said, we do have an item on our to-do list to allow iCal and rss feeds on a per-folder basis, which will accomplish what you are trying to do. You have also reminded us that the description page that you have linked to is embarrassingly out of date. We need to update that with new screenshots and descriptions of all our new functionality.

You are clearly signed in already because you posted this question. All you need to do is click the "Upgrade" link in the sidebar and follow the links to make a purchase via PayPal or Google Checkout. You will not be asked for your Toodledo account info again, although you may need to sign into PayPal or Google Checkout which will be different login credentials.

Nowhere on our website or in the app description in iTunes do we indicate that collaboration is supported on the iPad/iPhone. We are working on this, but we are happy to provide a refund if you do not want to wait.

We have seen these types of bug reports a few times before and they always resolve themselves without intervention by us or the customer. We haven't ever been able to replicate the issue on our machine so we don't really know what is going on yet.
