We had attempted to sort them by frequency of use, but that might be more confusing. Also, sort saved per tab instead of per view is something that is on our to-do list.

Sorting by tags will do it the way that you have discovered because otherwise, a task could appear on the screen multiple times (once in each tag group) and this is currently a technical limitation of our software. A task can only appear on the screen once, otherwise changes to that task are not updated in all copies on the screen.

This "double wrapping" of attachments causes problems for Toodledo. We are working on this, but in the meantime, try to send the attachments in the original email.

To do this, go into your account settings and under "defaults", pick a default reminder time. Now any new task you create on the website will have a reminder set by default.

If you want them alphabetically, then you can order them alphabetically by clicking on "folders" in the left sidebar.

When a change is made, it is permanent. It sounds like you are using a third-party application, since this would never happen using our iOS app. Please try contacting the company that made your app to make sure this doesn't happen again.
