It is only there as a temporary measure for people to get used to the new placement of the "add a subtask" action in the lego block menu.

I do not know of a way to downgrade to 1.6.3. Perhaps if you jailbroke your phone and found an old cracked version of our app, but you're on your own with that route. Something must have happened to unset this for you. Try doing a Google search for "how to set default email program" to get instructions for setting this back up.
