And it isn't even more secure if it where possible, since an eavesdropper could use the MD5 password to sign in to the API in the same way that they could use a regular password. We are working on our API 2.0 which will solve the password in plain text problem.

Perhaps you have a plugin that is causing the issue, or perhaps you are using an old version of Chrome. Try switching to Safari temporarily and see if that helps.

Unless you have been keeping our own backups, there is no way to restore your account to a previous state. In every case that we have heard about this happening it was because of a third-party application that you are syncing with Toodledo. It usually the Outlook Sync software, but sometimes something else. Please try contacting the company that makes the third-party software that you are using. Hope that helps

You have to click on the confirmation link emailed to you. Once you delete your old account, you can confirm this by trying to sign in to it.

If your application get blocked due to overuse, you'll get an error message indicating this. "Key did not validate" means exactly that. Try using the key generator on our API docs page to compare it to your code.

Apple has to review and approve our update before it will be available, and we don't know how much longer Apple will take. Hopefully not much. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
