We have increased the file storage quota for Pro Plus subscribers from 1GB to 5GB. Now, you can upload and store more files associated with tasks.

Thanks for the suggestion. We can't comment on a timeframe for implementation, but this is on our to-do list.

We have not experienced any slowdowns recently. It must be your internet connection/browser/isp or something else.

Click on the "Sharing" link in the left sidebar, near the top. Then look in the box in the middle of the page.

If you are talking about the Notebook section, then yes. The text of the note is placed in the "text" field. When adding/edit a note you set it with the note field. Sorry for using different words for the same thing.

Yes, look at the top of the list in the toolbar, for the "Subtasks: Indented" option

The iPhone needs to have a wireless connection for the Toodledo alarms to work.

To sync the iPhone with the website, your iPhone must have a connection to the internet. Apple only allows the iPhone to connect to the internet via wireless. The cable is only for syncing your music/movies/etc with iTunes. It does not sync third-party apps.

The problem is that when you click on the title of a task, Toodledo wouldn't know if you wanted to edit the title or to visit the link, so we can't make the link clickable because this would make the title uneditable. With a note, it is ok because you can edit a note by clicking elsewhere in the note.

Toodledo does not currently sync alarms to gCal, although this is on our to-do list.

It could definitely go either way. There are lots of examples of subtasks that you don't want to repeat, that are specific to that instance of the task. And there are examples the other way to. We have to pick one, and in general we try to keep the default values for fields, in this case the default value for repeating is no repeating.

There currently is no way to have two-way syncing with iCal, but we'll let you know if this becomes a reality.

Our iPhone application doesn't currently support Notebook entries. The app from Appigo does, but you'll need to contact Appigo.com for support with importing/exporting with their product.

The "long task" setting instructs Toodledo that the task can be worked on in pieces, which helps the "Scheduler" with it's algorithm. Otherwise, it thinks that a 4 hour task requires a 4 hour block of time to complete, and it wont schedule if for you if you only give it a 2 hour window of time.
