It is really for when you are in a pinch and don't have access to the website in any other way. You can't do complex queries, like tasks that are overdue+due today+without a due-date. In the future, we would like for the emailing to remain on-site and then we will be able to email notes.

Here is the full list of changes: * Added the ability to sort your list by up to three different criteria at the same time * Added "no context" and "no tag" option when filtering tasks. * The filters dialog will now show the number of filters set in each section. * Fixes display bug where "No Tag" and "Any Tag" pages didn't have a page title. * Fixed bug where restoring to the page where you last where wouldn't work correctly when the last place was a tag list.

This requires some file structure restructuring on our side to do this without exposing ourselves to a security vulnerability and we haven't had a chance to do this yet. The difficult part is maintaining backwards compatibility with existing apps using the API.

Then when you check off the parent, it recreates it with unchecked subtasks. You could also use task cloning for this.

You can try sorting your list by folders, which will put in dividers going down the page. That may work for you.

If you want to retain a copy for record keeping, you can clone the task and complete one of the clones.

If you could please let us know which symbols you were using in your password, that would help. You can put this in a support ticket if you don't want to tell the world parts of your password.
