The better way to add multiple tasks with the same attributes is with our "Add multiple" option in the regular "add task" box.

Can you please look at the "Status" field or tag field. I think with one of those you'll be able to do what you want to do. Some people also use the star to mark tasks that are in progress.

This is very unusual and not something that I have been able to reproduce. Is it possible that sometime between 11/24/16 you viewed the note and made some sort of edit that was not synced? Then when you opened the app on 12/8/16 it finally synced that change and overwrote what was on the website? This is the only thing that I can think of. Right now, the only way that a note in the app can overwrite a note on the website is if the app thinks the note has been edited. Viewing the note, tapping on the note and then pressing the "save" button without making any changes still counts as "editing" the note and will cause it to be sent to the website for saving. Is it possible this happened?

Perhaps you are viewing your list in "inline" mode that makes them flattened out. Try switching this to "Indented" from the filters menu (the eye button in the toolbar).

Can you please create a support ticket so that we can get more information from you. In particular we would like to figure out if it really is the syncing that causes the crash or the editing. To determine this, you could put the phone into Airplane mode and then go in and make some edits and see if it crashes. Then turn Airplane mode off and press the sync button in the setting section and see if that causes the crash. This answer will really help us figure out what is going wrong. If you have more time to experiment: 1) Does the crash only happen when completing a task, or does editing the title and syncing cause the crash too? 2) If the crash only happens when completing a task and then it syncing, can it be any task, or does it need to be a repeating task?

Once you do this step, it will start generating the 6 digit codes inside Authy and you need to type the first one back into Toodledo. If you need more help with this, can you please open a support ticket?

A to-do list and a calendar are somewhat at odds with each other for a variety of technical reasons. Our one-way sync already has to make many compromises, especially with regard to how repeating tasks are handled.
