Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Oct 15, 2009 Score: 0 I share your desire for Toodledo to have more resources so that we can implement more requested functionality at a faster pace. We are working very hard on Toodledo and we are constantly improving it. We do plan to continue to improve the forums. This is important to us because it allows the community to help each other, which frees us up to spend more time working on the website. Watchlists and private messaging are both things that we plan to add, and we have ideas for ways to make these features integrated into the rest of Toodledo in ways that are not possible with 3rd party software. The example I mentioned above is just one of the ideas that we have.

Until a few days ago, syncing reminders from Outlook wasn't even possible, but we updated our API, so that it is now possible. Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Oct 14, 2009 Score: 0 We do plan to add these things in future updates, potentially with some nice integration with your to-do list. So, say you are watching a topic. When it receives a new post, it could create a task for you called "Read this reply..." with a link. That kind of cool stuff can't be done using third-party software.

We prefer to run only home-brewed software for security reasons. Most third-party forum software has at some point had an exploitable flaw that can compromise our servers.

We did find a bug (already fixed in our development builds) that will cause a sync to not complete if you have a task assigned to an archived goal, so you might want to check that, although this won't affect very many people. Otherwise, we haven't noticed anything ourselves, so we would need to look into your particular situation to see if we can figure it out.

It only shows tasks on the date that they are due. So, if you had 3 tasks that are due yesterday, and you completed 2 of them, it would say 1 task/2 completed, even if you also completed several tasks without a due-date.

A few other people have been reporting problems with our addon, but we have not been able to replicate the problem. We suspect that there is another addon that is causing a conflict, but we don't know what it is yet. If anyone who has this problem can try disabling the other addons to narrow it down, that would be helpful.

The problem was that you gave all your tasks a folder, but then turned the folder field off. When the folder field was turned off, the scheduler was looking for tasks without a folder. I changed this, so it will work now.

What happens when you enter 10000 hours into the time available spot?

Try typing in 10000 hours and leave both filters to "Any folder/Any Context" and see if it shows anything. If it doesn't then there is a problem.

I just tested the "Toodledo this..." links in Firefox 3.5.4 and it was working perfectly. It must be one of your other addons, or maybe you have a firewall or proxy server that is causing problems. When you select "Tools > Toodledo > Add Task" from the menu, are you able to add a task that appears on Toodledo.com?
