The number printed on the tab is the total number of tasks (without filters) that are in the tab. This number does not update until you refresh the page (although we have plans to improve this). The number in the toolbar shows the number of tasks currently displayed. The different between these two numbers are the tasks that are hidden due to filters.

The outlook sync tool is a third-party application. Please contact the developer at http://www.chromadrake.com/ChromaticDragon/software/ToodledoSyncInfo.aspx

They do have subtasks in them, they are just all completed. So it is still a parent. You can reveal the completed subtasks by changing the filters.

Hope that helps.

We haven't changed anything. Perhaps your phone company changed something.

We don't have plans to make one, but like the Blackberry app, Android apps and other iPhone apps, I am sure there is a developer out there who might want to do this.

We are still working on it. I am sorry that we don't have a better update. It is a big project (almost a total rewrite of Toodledo.com) and we have been busy.

If you go into your account settings and look at the "recently deleted tasks" list, it will tell you what happened. I suspect that it is the Outlook sync app.

I suspect that this is a bug with Todo, which is made by Appigo.com.

%26 is the proper way to encode the & symbol when transferring it via our API, and Toodledo will decode %26 into an & (I just tested it and it worked). What is probably happening is that Appigo is double-encoding it. So they convert the & to a %26 and then encode the % as %25, so they actually send %2526, which will decode into %26. Sorry for getting so technical. You'll probably also see the bug with the + and ; symbols.

I'll look into this to see if it is our bug, but you might want to contact Appigo about this as well.

Whoops.

We'll look that over, but if you can point them out to us, that would make it faster.

Thanks

I don't know of any Apple discount either, but we are running our own sale right now. Save $1 for a limited time.

I am glad you figured out the bitly thing. I know that was caused by an outside source.

As for the newlines, it could be something to do with saving and then quickly editing the note again before it has had a chance to complete the save process. I'll check into this, but in the meantime, try waiting until the orange spinner disappears before re-entering edit mode.

We do plan to add some sort of notification system so that you will know when a collaborator edits something on your list, but we don't have an ETA for this feature.

We are planning to add more project management features as we mature, but we want to do so in a way that does not increase complexity, since we already have a bit of feature overload as it is.

In what circumstances are we changing & to %26? I was unable to find out where this is happening.
