Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Aug 25, 2009 Score: 0 Yes, if the app is syncing it is wise to let it complete before quitting the app. If you cancel a sync, there is a slight chance on slower network connections that you could get a duplicate task the next time you sync, but you will never lose information. I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean when you say that your list gets truncated suddenly. If you could create a support ticket and attach screenshots of before/after that would be very helpful for us to find and fix the bug. Thanks

We clearly label it as a third-party app and link to their website for the download, but we do realize that it can be confusing since it is so tightly integrated with Toodledo. The developer of the Chromadrake tool does read the third-party forum and answers questions posed there. He is also reachable through his website.

You may need to reload the page for it to refresh to normal. Please let us know if you encounter any other problems with times and dates not being consistent. Sorry about this. One of those little hiccups related to our new servers. It shouldn't happen again.

We do have some ideas of ways to support manual sorting.
