Translations to different languages is something that is on our to-do list for a future update.

Do you happen to remember how you added these tasks to your account? Maybe using a third-party application?

Yeah, our search currently looks for exact matches, it doesn't do the magic Google thing. We want to support that in the future.

But for now, you could use Google to search our forums if you want advanced search. Just add "site:http://www.toodledo.com/forums" to the end of any search in Google to restrict the results to our site.

Stephen, that is the intended behavior. The only way to return to flat is to do the search again. The "Toggle subtasks" button opens or closes the nested subtasks.

As for everything showing up when you nest subtasks, this is how it is designed to work right now. When you reveal a task's subtasks, it will not apply the current search parameters to the subtasks, it will show all of them. This is how it has always been, just we had a bug that was applying some of the filters. We do plan to make it an option to have the search be applied to subtasks after you toggle them.

We are sorry that Toodledo's various web pages don't work on WM6. The problem is that we are a small company and cannot afford to test on every mobile browser / phone combination that exists. There are just too many phones to buy and hook up to monthly service. This is something that we hope to improve in the future, but for now the Iris web browser seems to work for people.

It is probably because you do not have subtasks enabled for your account. Go into your account settings and look under "Fields Used". Make sure there is a checkmark next to subtasks.

I think you are going to the "Goals" link in the sidebar. This page is for configuring goals. If you want to see which tasks are assigned to the goals, you can click the "View by: Goals" link at the top of the page when viewing your tasks. This will have a tab for each goal. Alternatively, you can follow Anders instructions to sort your list by Goal which will put each task inside a group for each goal.

Hope that helps.

I can't disclose the feature set, sorry. Apple may axe a certain feature during their review, so we don't want to commit to anything. We submitted it to Apple several weeks ago.

We have fixed a bug on our advanced search page that was preventing the "toggle subtasks" command from working properly for subtasks that have a context. The problem was with the context filter being incorrectly applied.

When you import the iCal file into Apple iCal, do you have the "remove to-dos" checkbox checked? Because this is Apple's default value and it will cause all to-dos to be deleted.

If a task has a due-date it will show up on the calendar. If you give it a start-date, time or length, it will be placed at the proper time instead of being an all-day event.

We never like to remove functionality, but this was causing a lot of problems and wasn't actually a good design choice to begin with. The 5 seconds after closing the app are not guaranteed by Apple. However, not to worry because we have a plan for better syncing that will be much better anyway.

I am sorry, Matthias, but I don't understand your question. Maybe you could ask it again in German and another one of our German users might be able to answer you.

You can continue to move around while the sync is happening in the background. When the sync finishes, the lists will automatically update. You should avoid editing a task while a sync is going, because this might cause that task to get out of sync with the server. In the next update we have fixed this.

Apple allows an application to run in the background for about 5 seconds, which we were taking advantage of to sync changes. Unfortunately, for some people on slow networks, the sync wouldn't finish in 5 seconds, so it was getting terminated which was causing some tasks to get duplicated. In the next update, we have removed "sync on quit", but we are exploring ways to get more continuous syncing in a future update.

The initial sync of 50 tasks may take a few seconds, but future syncs will only send the changes, so if you have edited 2 tasks, it only sends those 2 tasks, which is really fast.
