Importance does not currently take the =, > or ? modifiers into account, but we are thinking about using these in the future.

Thanks

Anders is correct. Until Apple approves our update, alarms can only be set from the website. If you have switched over to the new reminder system, then you'll need to click the checkbox in the due-date calendar popup to set a reminder.

If you are doing that, then please confirm that your new phone will receive an SMS when you manually send an email to the address that you have typed into the SMS reminder box on our setup page.

Hope that helps.

Apparently there was another short power outage today at 6:10pm CST as our host (Rackspace) was conducting some tests on the previous power outage. This power outage lasted 15 minutes, but this time everything came back online successfully and we are back up without any problems. On the bright side, this shows that the changes that we made recently have improved the stability and resilience of our system. On the down side, two power outages in a week is totally unacceptable, and needless to say we are strongly reevaluating our hosting needs going forward.

The next update won't have voice memos, but we are considering it for a future update.

As long as everything is up to date on the website, deleting and reinstalling the app couldn't hurt. You might want to first go into the settings and do a "Purge Tasks" and then do a full resync. That might help.

I think we fixed it. Subtasks were not going out in the hotlist email. That was probably the bug.

Start-time is in the iPhone app update that we already submitted to Apple. Hopefully Apple doesn't take much longer to approve it.

Hi Donald,

If you look at the "recently deleted" list in your account settings, you'll see that all of your tasks were deleted by the third-party Outlook Sync tool. I didn't have to look at your account, I just know that the Outlook Sync tool does this all the time. This is why we have a big red warning on the Outlook Sync page to use it at your own risk.

See here: http://www.toodledo.com/connect_outlook.php

I am sorry that this has happened, but using buggy third-party software is a risky business. If you contact the developer of the Outlook Sync tool, he might be able to help you recover tasks from within Outlook.

It is probably because you are syncing with Outlook or some other third-party program that keeps putting them back.

Are you using our iPhone app, or a third-party one (like PocketInformant)? Are you syncing with something else that might be getting in the way, like Outlook?

Maybe you could take a screenshot of the problem (by holding the home button and pressing the lock button at the same time) and attach it to a support ticket so we can see what you are seeing.

Thanks

The actual date is displayed correctly, what you are objecting to is them showing up in the "overdue" tab. Is that right?

If you hide completed tasks using the filters, they won't show up there. Also, if you want to show your supervisor the tasks that you have completed recently. Try going to the Main view and clicking on "recently completed", then sort by completed date.

Hope that helps.

The update that Apple is reviewing right now will work on 2.2.1 and 3.0 iPhones (and iPod touches). After this update, all future updates will be 3.0 only.

Ok, so I just set out to look into this one and I am unable to replicate the problem. Here is what I am trying.

1) Construct an advanced search that will contain both subtasks and parent tasks.
2) Click the "Toggle Subtasks" link

What I see happen, is that all of my subtasks get nested under the appropriate parent and the parent tasks are toggled open. Is this not what is happening for other people?

If anyone can provide a step-by-step list of a way to recreate this, that would be very helpful. Before and After screenshots would also be great. You can create a support ticket and attach these to the ticket.

Thanks
