Jake Toodledo Admin	Posted May 26, 2009 in: Toodledo runs slowly and locks up Firefox Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: May 26, 2009 Score: 0 We've gotten several of these reports about Firefox being slow, but as much as we try, we have been unable to replicate the problem on our computers. Without being able to replicate the problem it is nearly impossible for us to fix the problem, since we don't know what is going wrong. It seems to be a very rare thing that only affects certain people. It seems to be FireFox 3.0.x only and it seems to be on Vista only. Other than that, we haven't noticed any other common characteristics. A few people have reported that they were able to fix the problem, but unfortunately, they have never reported what they did to fix it, so we are still in the dark. If you are experiencing the problem, please report here what actions you are taking on Toodledo to make it run slowly, what version of FF you are running, what OS you are using and which add-ons you have installed. Also, please check and report if other javascript heavy websites (gmail, for example) are running slowly too. The more information we have, the better we'll be able to help. Thanks

Currently, subtasks are sorted automatically by the criteria that you have selected. So, if you are sorting your list by "Priority", then the subtasks will be sorted by "Priority" as well.

We didn't want to enforce constraints like this because it adds unneeded complexity. It should be easy enough for you to input your tasks in a way that makes sense to you. If you want to be able to enter a start date that comes after a due-date, for whatever reason (maybe you need to finish a report by a due-date to be ready for a meeting that starts the day after) then you should be allowed to.

It is also much more difficult to develop for WM, from a technical point of view. We picked the iPhone because we have limited resources and Apple makes it really easy to develop for the iPhone. This is why they have 30,000+ apps. I don't know how many apps are available for WM, but I suspect it is much less even though it has been around much longer.

The task is rescheduled when the previous one is checked off. So, if you change an already completed task to be a repeating task, nothing will happen unless you uncomplete and then recomplete that task.

We implemented file attachment uploads and it should be uploading the file and attaching it to the task. So let me just clarify: For you, it is making the task, and uploading the file, but the file is not attached to the newly created task. Right?
