We didn't realize that IE8 on Vista and XP were different, so we are trying to get a Vista machine to test on.

We built the Notebook to support Appigo's Notebook iPhone app and haven't done much with it since then. We have a lot of things on our to-do list related to improving the Notebook in the future.

Sometimes they refresh after a few hours and sometimes it takes 24 hours. It seems random to us and may depend on Google's server load, or some calculation that Google makes about how often that particular iCal feed needs to be updated based on past updates. If there is any correlation, we haven't been able to find it. I should also note that in our experience, removing and re-adding the subscription doesn't always cause an immediate refresh because Google continues to cache the information on their servers even after you remove the subscription.

There is no limit to the number of tasks, but if you have several thousand, Toodledo will probably start loading slowly for you due to the amount of information that needs to be transfered between the server and your computer. There are many specialized websites and applications for managing website bookmarks. http://delicious.com/ is a popular one. I wouldnt recommend using Toodledo as an organizer for web bookmarks because this isn't what we were designed to do, but if it works for you, go for it.
