This is why we can't list it under each tag grouping when sorting by tag. If you go into the tag view and click on the tabs across the top, then the task will appear in each appropriate section. We are looking into ways to improve this in the future.

I just wanted to make it clear than doing a CSV export/import as you are trying to do is a one-time thing. If you want ongoing, constant syncing, you'll need to get the free third-party tool that Anders linked above.

Try temporarily disabling the Outlook Sync tool and see if iPhone<->Toodledo.com syncing works again. If it does, then you'll need to contact the third-party developer of the Outlook Sync tool for support.

I'm sorry that we don't have a better update. If you have you filters off, then you are seeing all of your tasks, even if the counter says there are more. The counter is wrong.
