The first thing to check is that your timezone is set correctly since optional tasks are not moved forward until your midnight.

That said, there is a bug that we are tracking down that is causing a handful of optional tasks for some timezones to be moved forward up to 24 hours late. This is a high-priority bug for us and we are looking into it right now.

When you do a saved search, the subtasks must also match the search parameters. So, if you search for tasks due "today" it will show parents and subtasks due today and it will not show any subtasks that are not due-today.

On the search page, when it says "Some tasks are hidden due to your filters", it should say "Some tasks are hidden due to your search parameters". This is a bug that we need to fix.

There is a bug that we know about that can cause a forum to look like it is unread if there was an unread post that was deleted. This usually clears up after a few hours. It's on our to-do list to fix when we implement the "mark all as read" feature that has been requested a number of times.

Hi tamara, We just responded to both of your tickets. We try to answer our tickets within 1 business day, sometimes it takes us 2 if there are a lot. We don't work on the weekends.

It sounds like the Outlook sync is breaking the repeating tasks. Since the Outlook sync tool is a third-party tool, you'll need to contact the developer for support.

Folders, contexts and goals are not transferred when reassigning a task. Even though they may have the same name, the system still tracks them as separate folders. We hope to fix this in a future update. In the meantime, tags will work.

It is now possible for a task with only a start date to repeat from that start date. The new behavior is as follows.

1) If the repeating task only has a due date: The due date will be used to determine when to reschedule the task. The start date will remain empty.
2) If the repeating task only has a start date: The start date will be used to determine when to reschedule the task. The due date will remain empty.
3) If the repeating task has both a due date and a start date: The due date will be used to determine when to reschedule the task. The start date will be moved forward by the same amount that the due date is moved.

Previous to this update, scenario #2 wasn't possible.

We fixed a bug that would sometimes cause a subtask to not repeat on the right date when it's repeating parent task was completed.
