Just set the due-date to the 1st and then set it to repeat monthly. We currently don't have support for the last day of the month. What will happen is that Jan 31st, will become Feb 28th and then March 28th, April 28th. So, you can have it on the 28th of every month, but not later. Toodledo isn't smart enough yet, but we hope to have this option in a future update.

Are you making the changes on this website, or one one of those sync devices? Is the note saved and then reverts back later in the day, or is it never saved? This message was edited Mar 25, 2009.

This is a third-party application that we do not support, so you will need to ask the developer for help. You are actually sorting your tasks by Priority and then Due-date, which is backwards from what you posted above. If you switch it around, then it should work they way you are expecting.
