Because we allow anyone to use it, we have to have tighter restrictions to protect our server from misuse or sloppy code. However, we are happy to lift the restrictions for anyone who has a good reason to do so. Just send us an email or create a support ticket with your AppID and what you are using it for.

If you need to pick out certain tasks, you can use a saved search to do this. Hope that helps.

It makes sense. You're either looking for an active tasks or completed tasks, rarely both at the same time. So, we added the "checked off=no" criteria as a default parameter for new searches. This should make searching for tasks a little quicker. If you don't want this default rule, just click the x to make it go away.

We do plan to improve tags, but in the meantime, you can get a list of all tags. Just go to the "Tags" view and all the tags will be listed across the top of the page. You can also see which tasks have a series of tags by using our search page.

The iPhone can actually do more than the slim site, such as working offline, emailing tasks, etc. The sentence you are quoting above is referring to our main site. The iPhone doesn't have sharing, file attachments and other things that our main site has. Slim doesn't have these either. Hope that helps.
