You are in the "Questions" forum. The "Developers" forum is a little further down on the list of forums on our website. You could also try emailing the developer through his website.

I am sorry that we have not gotten to your question. As we mentioned elsewhere in these forums, we are moving to a bigger office right now, so we have gotten about 4 days behind in our correspondence. We usually try to get back to everyone within 24, and we hope to catch up and return to this once we get settled.

Since you say that you asked your question a week ago, and we are only 4 days behind, we must have missed your question or maybe you didn't see our reply. Can you please post your question again.

Thanks
Jake

We plan to add a global context filter in a future update. The best you could do now is sort by context and then scroll to the one that you want.

You are correct that "Weekly from due-date" and "Every Monday" are the same thing. Just giving people different ways to do the same thing.

As for your other question, that sounds like a bug. We'll look into it.

Most tasks managers only have 1 or 2 levels. We have 3, so thats a big advance over most of our competitors. It sounds like you may need something more like an outlining application. We don't have that functionality, but we hope to enhance our support for subtasks in the future.

A free account will only be able to read (no editing or adding) a shared Pro account. So, if your husband has a free account, he will be able to see your list, but not modify it. He will need a Pro account if you want to be able to see or modify his lists, or vice versa.

Outlook only syncs a few tasks at a time. Try running it overnight and it should sync everything by the morning.

It could be. Try removing the punctuation from your password and see if you can login. If that works, let us know what the offending punctuation is and we'll check on it.

I'm not sure why this is happening. Maybe you could post a sample line or two from your CSV file. If you want to keep it private, you could do this in a support ticket.

Due-time is already available. Just go to the "Fields & Defaults" section of your settings and you can move it to the "used" section.

I think it's a bug that the iCal importer doesn't import the repeat value. We'll look into this.

That might be possible by sending SMS messages and listening to the reply, but what we really want is for Apple to support reminders without needing to send and reply to SMS messages. We're hoping that Apple supports it soon.

You'll need to contact the developer of the Outlook sync tool.
