I just checked and I can confirm that we aren't sending you any SMS alerts. They must be coming from somewhere else. Any message that we send will have "Sent From Toodledo" at the bottom.

If you look at the from address of the SMS messages that you are getting, it will give you a clue about where they are coming from. I suspect that you signed up for an RSS to SMS service like the ones that Yahoo and Google have.

Hope that helps.

I don't know. I just ran that search and I didn't get any checked off tasks. Please double check that you are using "AND checked off=no" instead of "OR checked off=no"

I'll check on this. If the behavior isn't the same, then it is definitely a bug.

It is not possible to rearrange the order of folders on the iPhone yet. We hope to add this in a future update.

We don't comment on what's coming down the pipeline for a variety of reasons.

But I will say this. We signed up a ton of new users at the beginning of this year, presumably looking to stay organized as a new year's resolution. We were anticipating a spike, but not one as big as we got. As a result, our website has gotten a little slow, especially at peak times. Slowness isn't conducive to productivity and we won't tolerate it. So, we've been spending most of January working on optimizations and improving our infrastructure to scale more gracefully as we add more users.

Coincidentally, we are also moving to a larger office in a few weeks, so some of our time will be sucked up with that.

We hope to have all this completed by mid February so we can power ahead on all the suggestions that people have been sending us. We have big plans for 2009!

The Future Tasks filter hides tasks with a future start-date and tasks with a due-date further out than 7 days. You can read all the details in our help section.

In order to get the SMS/Email reminder, you need to set a due-date and a due-time. You also need to make sure that your timezone is set correctly. Lastly, you need to create the task in question at least 1 hour before the reminder is due to be sent out. So, if you have a task due at 3pm and you ask for reminders to be sent out 1-2 hours prior, you will need to make sure this task exists before noon to give it time to get into the queue to be sent out on time.

Yeah, it was a checkbox before, but we switched it because we needed a way to allow people to reorder fields. We thought we were killing two birds with one stone, but I guess it is not intuitive enough. We'll try something else in a future update.

CSV stands for Comma Separated Values, so using a comma is the correct way to delimit the values. If you have a field that has commas in it, then you surround it with "quotes" and it will be fine.

Thats strange. We get that error too now, but we haven't touched the Dashboard widget in probably over a year. I suspect one of the Leopard updates broke something. We'll look into it.

Thanks

After doing some research, we have learned that Palm did change the file-format of their TDA file. Our importer will only work with the old format. The new file format is so far undecipherable to us. We had to reverse engineer the old file, so it will take some time to get the new file format working.

There might be some sort of converter out there to convert the new TDA files to CSV or other human readable formats. If there is, please try that and let us (and everyone else) know.

Thanks

To active the tag and context fields, you need to go to the "Fields & Defaults" settings page. Then tap the "reorder" button and you can drag the fields from the unused section to the used section.

Hope that helps.

I think Twitter can work with YIM, but you'll have to consult Twitters support for a definitive answer.

Yes it is. When editing a Notebook entry, just look at the bottom for a list of the supported HTML tags.

Currently it says: Supported HTML tags include < b>, < i>, <a>, <ul>, <ol>, and <li>.
