If the task doesn't have a due-date, it is assumed to be the day that it was checked off. Currently there is no way to have a task repeat from the start date, but I see your logic and think that it is a good idea, so I'll add it to our todo list. Thanks

Now, instead of sending us an email, you can create a support ticket which will be logged and tracked on the website. This will make it easier and quicker for us to provide support and it will allow us to track user satisfaction. For quick questions or for general advice, it is still best to use our forums, but if you have a bug to report or want to ask us something privately, you can do so with the new Support Tickets, which are located in the Help section under "Contact Us".

The quickest way would be to find the repeating task that you want to delete and manually move the due-date forward to the next occurrence.
Jake Toodledo Admin	Posted Jan 13, 2009 in: iPhone App problems syncing Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Jan 13, 2009 Score: 0 Try this. 0) On the iPhone, go into the Sync Settings and turn on manual sync. 1) On the iPhone, create a task and give it a due-date in the past and give it a Top priority. 2) On the iPhone, go into the hotlist, the overdue list or the top priority list and confirm that the task is there. 3) Sync your iPhone 4) Go to the website and go to the hotlist, the overdue list or the top priority list and see if the task is there. Hopefully that will confirm that it is working. If that doesn't work, I would suggest going into the Sync Settings and re-type your email/password and hit the save button again to do a full resync. Or it could be that your hotlist settings are not correct. Try adding one to the number in the "Due in the next __ Days" box and see if that helps.

If not, then the problem is with Outlook and you should contact the developer of that tool. If it does appear on Toodledo.com, then the problem is with Todo and you should contact them at www.appigo.com.
