Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Dec 28, 2008 Score: 0 Hi, Unfortunately, it isn't possible to sync with iCal on your iPhone because Apple does not allow it. If they allow it in the future, we will certainly support it. Currently, it is only possible to have a one-way sync to iCal on the desktop. It is possible to archive your completed tasks forever. You would need to purchase a Pro Plus subscription to do this, however. And, yes it should be possible to import all of your Palm tasks. Feel free to give it a try and see how it works for you. It should be possible to import the Palm calendar events as well, but I haven't tried this. If Palm provides an CSV export option, then it should be easy. Hope that helps

You are trying to use Toodledo as both a task manager and a checklist, which we were not designed to do. Toodledo is primarily a task manager, so we assume that each item is a task. My suggestion is to put all your grocery items into the note of a task "Buy Groceries", or make them subtasks of a parent task called "Buy Groceries". You could also give them a -1 Priority which would make them hidden from your list until you wanted to reveal them. Hope that helps

It turns out that Twitter made a change to their API that stopped it from working. We weren't the only people who were affected by this. This is actually pretty typical of Twitter. They break things all the time. So, thanks for letting us know about it. Please let us know if it happens again and we'll find another fix.

Are you running the latest version? You might try looking in our "developers" forum, where people are discussing the Outlook sync tool. The developer of that tool answers questions in that forum, so you'll be able to get help from him.

If Appigo says that they get deleted, then they must get deleted in our app too, since we use the same API that they do. We'll have to test it. To be safe, you could just get a Pro account to save your tasks for longer. And if you really need to store completed tasks forever, you could always export them to your computer for safe keeping.

There may be an extra step in the middle that I am forgetting.

We are working to have it also applied to all the various inputs for tasks, including the email import option, firefox add-on, slim interface, etc. We just added it to the iPhone, if you use that.
