We don't even store credit card numbers so we couldn't if we wanted to. Your account will automatically unsubscribe when the current subscription expires.

We suggest that people store this info in the notes field, as you are already doing. Maybe you can separate the notes from the comments using a divider "===============" There are many keyboard macro apps that can insert timestamps for you automatically. I use one called "TextExpander".

If you want to delete a file, you can go into the file management section and delete it there. Only file attachments count towards the storage limits (not note attachments, outline attachments, etc). 2) No, attachments are not included in the exported file.

If that doesn't work to your satisfaction, I recommend that you export the outline using "text" option in the menu in the top right corner of the outline. Then you can open this in a text editor and print it there however you want.

He can skip the email and go straight to the collaboration page in his Toodledo account to accept your invitation and that should work.

Its easy to fix. Just go into your collaboration setup page and remove the old invitation if it is still there and then send a new one.

Can you please try again and if it doesnt work please create a support ticket and let us know exactly what you typed into the box and what your defaults are.

Then when you check it off, it won't come back. You can also delete it using the "delete" option inside the action menu on that task. If neither of these work, then the task is probably being re-added by a 3rd party app that you are syncing with.
