I'm not sure. If you could send a sample of the import file that you are using, that would be helpful. You can email it to [email protected]

Thanks

It could mean any of those things. The first thing we want to do is allow people to set reminders on a per-task level instead of all or none, and we want to let people decide when to get the reminder (10 minutes, 1 hour, 10 days ahead, etc) Email, SMS and a popup reminder will be good ways to make the reminder happen. We might think of others too.

For support with the Notebook application on the iPhone, please contact the developers of that application at http://www.appigo.com

They are generally very responsive to questions and comments.

You could do a search for completed tasks.

The reason we don't have a "Show all completed tasks" is because this could be a lot of tasks (I have several thousand completed tasks that would take a long time to load) and for the most part, people only care about recently completed tasks.

You could make a reusable list by making a task called "Grocery List" and then adding subtasks to that for each item that you want to buy. If you set the "repeat" value for each of the subtasks to "with parent" and set the parent to repeat in some manner, then all you would need to do is check off the parent task to get a fresh copy of all the subtasks.

Hope that helps.

I just checked, and there are no optional tasks for anybody that have a due-date in the past. Are you sure that you have a ? in front of the due-date? Maybe you can send a screen snapshot to [email protected].

SMS reminders will work for any phone that has an SMS-to-Email gateway address. You can contact O2 to see if they provide this, I don't know.

I don't think that Google publishes this, but from my experience it is 24 hours. Please let Google know if you want it to go faster. If they hear it enough times, they might fix it.

Yes, you can view your expiration date by following the directions above. A year is 365 days or 366 days in a leapyear.

Ok, we found the problem with optional tasks and have fixed it.

For those interested, the bug was that we only moved the due-date forward one time per day for each optional task. Thus, if you somehow had a daily repeating optional task that was overdue by 5 days, it would get rescheduled one day forward, which would still be 4 days overdue. The next day, the same thing would happen, so the task would be perpetually 4 days overdue. Obviously, the intended behavior is to have the optionally repeating task get continually moved forward until it is no longer overdue, and that is what we are doing now. I hope that made sense.

If you use the CSV export option from our export section, you should be able to import this into Excel or a Google spreadsheet.

Yes, tags work.

We don't have a gmail gadget yet, but when we make it, we'll make sure the font size is appropriate.
