If you check off the task instead of deleting it, it will be easy to uncheck the task to recover it if you need to.

If you don't see it in the customize toolbar window, then you don't have the add-on installed properly, or another of your add-ons could be causing a conflict.

I just tried adding your calendar to my Google Calendar and it worked, so you might want to try again. By the way, everyone in the world can now subscribe to your calendar and read your tasks by clicking on the link above. If you don't want this, you can change your unique ID in your account settings.

Then when you import, all the notes will go into the Work folder. Hope that helps

You could turn off the "Hide Recently Completed" filter and this would show all of the tasks you completed in the last week, mixed in with all the other tasks. If you want to see older tasks you could click on the "History" link, or you could go to the Search section and search for specific tasks. Hope that helps

The behavior is entirely backwards compatible. Just go to the Folders view and set the filter to be nested. Then set the filter to be flattened in all the other views. The filters are stick on a per-view basis, so once you set this up, you'll never need to toggle it again.

You might want to contact the developer of the Outlook sync tool to see if he has a workaround for this.
