You just need to click the headings above the columns. So, to sort alphabetically you would click the word "Title" at the top of your Notebook list.

If you go to the connections page, you can turn on RSS feeds for your hotlist. RSS is a standard format that can be read by thousands of different websites and widgets, so you just need to find the one you like and stick your personal Hotlist RSS address into it.

Hope that helps.

This is not possible, but thanks for the suggestion. The closest thing would be to sort by Importance, which includes the star in it's calculation.

I have two suggestions.

1) Go into your Toodledo Add-on settings and make sure that your login information is correct.

2) Use our Advanced Search page to do a search for "Via=Firefox Addon". This will pull up all the tasks added via the addon. It could be that the task is being added, but you can't see it due to a filter or other setting.

Hope that helps

That certainly sounds like a tricky problem. I can't guarantee that this will work because I haven't tried it, but I would try using a text editor other than Word, since Word often does some automatic formatting that you don't want to happen. You could try Apple's TextEdit, or you could download something like Text Wrangler.

Also, I would use Excel to convert it to a CSV file before I tried to convert the funky characters back to line breaks.

Good luck!

If you hover your mouse over the due-date it will show you the relative date. We are working on a way to make this a user preference for showing it as the default.

You should be able to use our Saved Search tool to make the list that you want. As for exporting only certain tasks, this is not currently possible, but you can export all your tasks and then import then into Excel to remove the tasks that you don't want.

Hope that helps.

Since nobody uses one yet, we are going to wait and see if Android is popular before committing resources to that platform.

A .pwi file is a proprietary Microsoft file format that we don't know how to read. Hopefully Microsoft has provided some way to convert this to an industry standard CSV file. We are not familiar with Windows Mobile, but look in you menus for an export option. Or maybe try importing the PWI file into Excel and then export it back out again.

Hope that helps.

We don't have a Storm, so we can't say, but if it runs a decent web browser, it should be able to use our slim version here: http://www.toodledo.com/slim

You could try using the "Live iCal Subscription" option available on our "Connections" page.

Hope that helps.

A "Tab and Return" file is definitely not the same thing as a CSV file, which is why your import is failing. You can convert your TSV file to a CSV file by importing it into Excel and then exporting it again.

Hope that helps.

After some investigation, we did find the bug and have fixed it, so all of your tasks should now be sharable.

Thanks for pointing out this bug!

You can add folders in the slim version. Click on "Settings" and then "Add Folder"

There is no way to do this currently. You can either start over with a new account, or if you give me permission, I can manually delete all your folders for you.
