If you set a folder to be private, it can't be shared with anyone (because it's private). Unchecking the "Private" checkbox on a folder doesn't necessarily make it publicly shared. This will only happen if you have public sharing enabled.

Hope that helps

We have just added pagination to the "getTasks" API call. This will allow you to retrieve tasks in pages, which can be handy if you need to download lots of tasks at once. You can read more in our API documentation.

Make sure that you have enabled email importing (make sure the checkbox is checked) and if that doesn't work, try changing your secret word. If that doesnt work, make sure that your email program is sending the emails as "plain text"

Hope that helps

To answer your question, the email importer works with free accounts and I just tested it and it was working for me, but why not use the iCal importer instead? This will do get all your RTM tasks imported in one step. Or, if you'd rather script it, why not try using our API?

If you want to help with a donation, please feel free to purchase a Pro or Pro plus account. We do take feature suggestions from Pro members with a little more weight.

Also, if you want to help from a technical point of view, you could send us a sample note export file from your Palm devices. You can send it to [email protected]

Status is definitely on our slim website. If you don't see it, its because you don't have the status field enabled in your account settings.

Hope that helps

Toodledo only supports a limited amount of formatting options, which you can read about here: http://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php?sel=59

Any other HTML tags will be displayed without formatting, so if you are using an HTML editor that inserts other HTML tags, that won't work.

That column is only visible when you have your list sorted by "date completed". So, you can make it go away by sorting your list by any other criteria. Just click the "sort" link to pick a different criteria.

Hope that helps.

Sorry, I misread your first email. Toodledo only has three duedate operators. ? = and >

You can read more about them here: http://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php?sel=42

< is basically saying "due before this date" which is the same thing as having nothing in front of the due-date, which is why it is ignored.

Hope that helps.

As it sounds like you discovered, we updated the ics file instantly, so it is up to the other programs to read the updated info and use it. We know for certain that Google Calendar has problems with updating a task when the due-date changes. Apple's iCal may have this problem as well.

We were not aware of any problems until you let us know about them 6 hours ago. When we first made the iCal importer last year, it appeared to be working according to our testing, but we must not have tested every scenario.

Perhaps the program that you are using to make the iCal files is making them in a non standard way, or maybe it is using a format that we don't understand. Its hard to say without seeing the iCal file, or knowing what application you used to make it.

One thing for certain is that Toodledo treats events and tasks as the same thing. An event is just a task with a date, so events will definitely show up as uncompleted tasks by design. The other things you pointed out probably shouldn't be happening.

Sorry, but our integration with Tsheets does not currently support automatic tracking of time for tasks. We hope to have tighter integration in the future.

Apparently our iCal importer is not perfect. We will try to make it better, but in the meantime, you might be able to use our "multi-edit" tool in the search section ( http://www.toodledo.com/info/search.php ) to fix up these importing errors and get your to-do list in shape with only a little bit of work.

I hope that works.

Do you have javascript enabled on your web browser? You should be able to click on a task to edit it. If it isn't working, then your web browser may be broken.
