If you use the email import, twitter import or make a search using a relative date phrase (like "tomorrow"), your current timezone will now be correctly used to determine what "tomorrow" really is.

Yes, you are correct. Very few people use saved searches with phrases. The due-date field is intended for an absolute date, and this is how 99.9% of people use it. But, since we do allow phrases, we will make sure this bug gets fixed.

Also, we have a RSS feed on our news page.

We don't comment on when we will have certain bugs/features implemented because that would limit our flexibility, but I have added this to our to-do list. To be totally honest, since this bug only affects a small number of people, it may not receive immediate attention. We have some other things that we are working on right now that have a larger impact. But, I assure you that it is logged in our to-do list, and we will get to it.

Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion. You can use the Multi-Edit tool in the search section to mark a bunch of tasks as completed, but you can't yet delete a bunch of tasks.

A few new things have been added to the API to allow developers to more efficiently use it.

The getAccountInfo API call contains the following timestamps:

lastaddedit : A timestamp that indicates the last time that any task was added or edited on this account. You can quickly check this field to determine if you need to download updates.
lastdelete : A timestamp that indicates the last time that any task was deleted from this account. You can quickly check this field to determine if you need to identify and remove tasks from your application.
lastfolderedit : A timestamp that indicates the last time that a folder was added, edited or deleted. You can quickly check this field to determine if you need to call getFolders to refresh your cached folder list.
lastcontextedit : A timestamp that indicates the last time that a context was added, edited or deleted. You can quickly check this field to determine if you need to call getContexts to refresh your cached context list.
lastgoaledit : A timestamp that indicates the last time that a goal was added, edited or deleted. You can quickly check this field to determine if you need to call getGoals to refresh your cached goal list.

The last three were added today. This should help developers avoid excessive API calls and optimize network traffic.

Thanks

If you go into your account settings, under "fields used" you can enable a trashcan which will allow you to delete tasks one by one.

Hope that helps

Ok, I understand now. Thanks for explaining it. So what you want is "Due date is tomorrow" OR "Due date is in the last 100 days". And "tomorrow" is not having the timezone properly applied. I'll put this on our bug list.

Thanks

If you are using our iPhone website http://www.toodledo.com/slim , you can add due-time just like you do on our full website. If you are using the Todo iPhone app made by Appigo, they do not yet support due-time. If you want this added, please let them know. You can tell them here: http://www.appigo.com

I am pretty sure that Toodledo cannot do what you are suggesting, but this isn't related to timezones, this is because Toodledo has no way to pretend that it is a different day of the week. Just so I understand you more clearly, lets say that it is Monday and you click on your "Wednesday view". What tasks would you like to see on that view?

Sorry, but we do not have the ability to duplicate tasks. This may be something that we add in the future.

Hi,

We have a help section here ( http://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php ) that contains a lot of information about how to use Toodledo. You are also welcome to ask specific questions in these forums.

Other than that, my suggestion would be to start simple and add functionality as you learn it. Toodledo was designed to be able to scale from really simple lists to complicated lists.

Hope that helps

You are correct, to search for overdue, you do a search for "due date in the last 100 days" and to search for no duedate you do a search for "due date is (blank)".

You can do this in the Search view which you can reach via the link at the top of the page. All you need to do is search for the tasks that you want by specifying a date range.

Hope that helps.

We've removed our filters that were blocking the Outlook Sync app, so it should all be back to normal now. Please upgrade to the latest version as soon as possible.

The bug is that when a task is added/edited/checked/deleted, Toodledo does not update the count of the number of tasks inside the tab, until the page is reloaded. The result is that if you refresh a tab by clicking on it again (instead of reloading the page), the message at the bottom of the screen may come up because it is comparing the old count to the new count erroneously. We plan to fix this, but it is a bit complicated.

If you use the search view, you can make saved search that will contain tasks that are both overdue and undated. That should do the trick.

Hope that helps
