You can find the link in the left hand sidebar. This is place for you to record all of your project notes, reference material or other information that is not necessarily a task or related to a task.

There is no way to have a shared list that everyone can see and manage. This is something that we hope to add in the future.

This new option is labeled "To-dos only" and will place all of your tasks into the to-do list section of your calendar. None of the tasks will appear on the calendar, even if they have due-dates or start-dates. This was requested by people who use Apple's iCal program and want to avoid having there tasks appear on the calendar.

Jake Toodledo Admin	Posted Aug 01, 2008 in: A few small updates Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Aug 01, 2008 Score: 0 We made a few small updates to our user interface today. 1) Completed tasks will now be slightly grayed out to help set them apart from uncompleted tasks. 2) When editing a long note, the height of the text box will be larger. 3) When you are editing a field, you can now use the tab key to move to the next field. This is very convenient. Plus a few bug fixes. 1) In Opera, hitting return when adding a task will no longer add it twice. 2) And another hard to explain bug fix that probably nobody noticed anyway. We may support this in the future. As for Jott. Toodledo is pronounced "2-dull-due", but Jott has a hard time understanding this. Fortunately, you can go into your Jott settings and change the prompt to a different word. We suggest changing it from "Toodledo" to "to do" so you can just say "to do" into your phone.

I have no idea what would cause one version of Firefox to behave differently from another identical version on a different computer. I'll keep thinking about it and let you know if I have any bright ideas.
