Yea, our CSV importer currently does not do subtasks, so that might be a problem. We plan to add this soon.

That is probably the easiest way to do it.

I was about to post a two rule version that would do the same thing "Due date is not within the next 0 days AND duedate is not [blank]", but either will work and a 1 rule search is more elegant.

Just for fun, we've added some different color schemes that you can select in your account settings. So, if you are tired of (or don't like) our purple/yellow default color scheme, you can select something different.

We do not have a built in way to duplicate a task, but you could create a CSV file in excel that contains the tasks that you want to create often, then each time you want to duplicate these tasks, you could just import the CSV file.

Hope that helps.

Yes, you can lookup the unique id from the email/password by using the GetUserID method. Once you get the unique ID for the user, you should cache it and throw away the email/password information. This is safer for the user and also because the unique ID won't change, whereas the email or password may change.

Very strange. Toodledo publishes the changes instantly, and other calendar apps don't have a problem picking up the changes. We don't know why Google has problems, but we'll keep looking into it to see if we can find a solution.

It is fixed now. When you make a multi-edit, it will refresh to show you the previous search.

Apple rushed developers into releasing their applications for the iPhone and so many of the currently available apps are buggy. I personally have not experienced crashes using ToDo, but if there are bugs, I am sure that they will be fixed soon.

The developers are very friendly and responsive to suggestions, so if you want to let Appigo know about bugs or features that you would like to see, please let them know here: http://groups.google.com/group/appigo-todo

Well, Uhhh... after I posted my first response, I investigated further and noticed that the slim hotlist was not applying the start-date filter. I fixed it, so now the hotlists should be the same.

Sorry about the confusion.

No, you are not missing anything. The booklet currently does not obey the = and > flags. We hope to get this fixed soon.

The hotlist on the main website should be exactly like the hotlist on the slim version. You can control how far into the future tasks will appear on your hotlist by visiting your account settings and adjusting the "Hotlist Settings".

Google only syncs their iCal subscriptions once a day. Unfortunately, there is no way to tell Google to do it faster. If you want this feature, please let Google know.

Thanks for the suggestion. You might also try clicking on the "No Folder" tab in the "Folder View" to see the tasks that are uncategorized.

Currently, Toodledo does not have the ability to have a list owned by two (or more) people. This is definitely something that we want to add in the future.

Right now, each list must be owned by someone and you can then give permission for other people to view that list.

That is correct. Functionally = and > are the same, but you can use them for your own information.

Doh! Looks like we missed something. Thanks for pointing this out. If you make bulk changes to a saved search, it will refresh and show you the changes, but if you make the changes to an unsaved search it will refresh to a blank page. We will fix this.

Thanks for the suggestions. The "Show Details/Notes" link was moved down to the lower toolbar because it did not cause a toolbar to expand like the other links (Filter, Sort, etc) do. Since it behaves differently, we realized it should be in a different place, to avoid confusion.

(Also, we had to add the new toolbar because we have plans to add more functionality in the future and there wasn't enough room in the old places)

Have you tried using the "Filters" link in the toolbar to hide tasks that are completed?
