I am not sure. Maybe you can clarify something for me. When you say that you are dragging tasks into folders, do you really mean that you are dragging subtasks into tasks?

It could be that your filter settings (like a context filter, perhaps) in the folder view are hiding all the tasks, but when you switch into another view that doesn't have this filter enabled, the tasks are displayed.

Does that helps?

If you go into the "Due-date" view you can switch back and forth between "overdue" and "today". If you really need them in the same list, you can do this in the search section. Just do a search for tasks with a due-date between some date long ago, and today. You can even save this search so you can come back to it quickly in the future.

Hope that helps

Tasks that are due in the next week will show up in the views (other than than hotlist) to remind you that they are due soon. This will be a user preference in a future update, if you don't want to get the 1 week reminders.

All of your folder (even those with zero tasks) should be showing up as tabs across the top of the page when you are in folder view. As for "active tasks", this depends on your definition of active. You could use a star for active tasks and then look in the "starred" tab. Or you could use a tag and then go to the matching tab in the tag view.

Hope that helps

You found a bug. Thanks for pointing this out. The missing starred tasks are actually tasks that you have completed already, but due to the bug they are sill being counted as active. This will be fixed shortly.

If you check out the help section on due-dates you can read about "advanced due-date modifiers". Essentially, you put an = in front of the due-date like so: ">Apr 25, 2008" and this tells Toodledo that this task can only be completed after this date.

Hope that helps

We made a small change that may have fixed Opera Mobile support, but we can't test it because we don't have any phones that can run Opera Mobile. Can someone check for us?

Thanks

Also, we plan to add stars to the slim interface soon.

We have made two additions to our API to provide a way for developers to make more efficient usage of our services. The new "getDeleted" method will return the ID numbers of any tasks that have been deleted. Also, in the "getAccountInfo" method, two new fields are returned which shows the dates that the account was last modified. This will allow third party applications to efficiently synchronize with Toodledo. Please check our our API documentation for more details.

When your subscription is coming close to expiring, we display a prominent "expires soon" warning on the website to remind you to resubscribe, so it should be a rare case when you forget to renew. But you make a good point. We should extend the safety net by more than 7 days.

Hey, the redesign that you are working on is really nice. Keep up the good work and we may incorporate it into Toodledo as an alternate style that users can select in their account settings.

You currently cannot sort by multiple criteria at the same time, but we are working on an improvement that will allow you to do this.

Subtasks will stay hidden and nested if you are in "folder" view, otherwise they are displayed flat on purpose so you don't miss a subtask that might be urgent. You can read more about our decision here: http://www.toodledo.com/info/subtasks.php

This is something that we are calling "Multisort" and we are currently working on it. Right now, Toodledo will automatically sort by due-date and priority as secondary and tertiary criteria for whatever you pick for the first criteria, but we will allow this to be selectable in the future.
