Apparently, Jott decided to remove our link. I don't know why. We will have to contact them about it.

Thanks for letting us know.

They stay nested in folder view, but not in the other views. This is intentional because otherwise you may not notice a subtask that needs attention because it is hidden beneath its parent. For example, if a subtask is due today, but the parent task has no due-date, the subtask needs to be brought out and displayed in the "Today" tab in the Due-Date view. If it wasn't, you would not know that it needed to be done today.

It is explained in more detail here: http://www.toodledo.com/info/subtasks.php

Hope that helps

Yeah, we should have mentioned that non ASCII characters are still causing this problem. The problem we fixed was with emails that use the quoted-printable format (Microsoft Outlook). We are still looking into the other issues.

The Foldable Booklet has received two bug fixes.

1) The hotlist will now be correctly sorted by importance.
2) For Pro accounts, the "No Context" parameter will now work.

I posted in the news section, but also wanted to post here that you can now search for tasks without a due-date.

If you used our email import functionality, there was a bug that would cause the note field to be truncated in certain specific situations. This has been fixed.

The software that we are using to generate PDF files does not support cyrillic characters. This is something that we want to improve in the future.

This is a limitation with Google Calendar. As far as we know, there is nothing that we can do about this.

Entering URLs into the notes field should definitely make a clickable link. The url needs to start with an http:// in order to be recognized, so maybe that is the problem. As for phone numbers, thanks for the suggestion. When you email the task in, Apple must already be decoding the phone numbers into clickable links. We currently do not do this for phone numbers entered in by hand, but we will considering doing this in the future.

Thanks

I am not sure if I understand what you mean by "page with the list", but if you are trying to access your to-do list, there is a link on the left hand side of this page (when you are signed in to your account) called "To-Do List". If you click on this link, it will take you to your to-do list.

Hope that helps

We use Rackspace for our data center, and they have an excellent reputation for reliability. Everything is stored redundantly and backed up nightly to a different geographic location. We have never lost any data and don't expect that we ever will.

I have been unable to reproduce this bug, and then it occurred to me that what might be happening is that you have your task set to repeat when you complete it. When you try to complete a task with a due-date, does the due-date get incremented by a day each time you complete it?

Hmm, yeah you are right. I should have checked that before typing my (incorrect) response. I'll put this on our todo list to fix. In the meantime, hopefully the "no due-date" tab in the Due-Date view will work.

Thanks
