I believe this is a 3rd party app here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/toodledo/dfdhbdeglbgndaidoemggjfkeopfcedd And it seems that you are correct, it is no longer in active development, but should continue to function so long as google doesn't make any breaking changes to Chrome. |

If you click on the Saved Search, then click on the down arrow all the way to the right of the page (next to the sorting options), there's an option to "Modify Saved Search". Hope that helps! -Pamela |

You can reset the procedure by disconnecting the sync (Click on "Dont Sync Google Calendar" at https://www.toodledo.com/tools/connect_google.php) and then setting it up again.
Just to clarify, the way that the current sync works is that it will only add tasks that have a due date, and it adds them to a new Google calendar called "Toodledo". Unfortunately, the UI only lets you record up to 2 weeks back -- you can do that by clicking on the habit, then click on the dropdown next to "Schedule". Choose "The Week Before Last" and you can check the boxes for each day. This is on our to-do list to let you go further back in time, but we don't have an ETA yet unfortunately. Hi Michael -
Can you make sure that the "Star" is set under "Fields /Function Used"? You can edit it here: https://www.toodledo.com/account_edit.php?edit=8 I believe that's why it isn't showing as hotlist settings. You also need to enable "Star" on the app separately under "Fields Used" (unfortunately the settings don't sync yet). |

Can you try re-syncing your app? The easiest way is probably to uninstall and reinstall the app (make sure to sync to the sever first). |

@avikroy, another thing you might try...
Are you using the "Old"/"Original" version of the tasks page? This page is especially slow when you have lots of tasks (we don't know an exact number, but have heard reports of it lagging with > 10k tasks -- and even completed tasks count in this number) Can you try using the new tasks version and see if it helps with the problem? https://tasks.toodledo.com/main You can configure your account to go to that page by default under Settings -> Default Views (click "edit") -> Under "Tasks Section Version", choose "New" instead of "Original" |

You'll need to go to the general settings, then scroll down about halfway down the page where there's a section called "Default Views:". If you click "edit" on that, you'll see the option to change the version (the link above takes you directly to this edit section)

Hi All!
I want to provide a quick update on Google Calendar two-way syncing. We have heard from many of you that you are getting the error: "Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app". We looked into this and found that it is due to the app needing to be verified with Google. So a couple weeks ago we kicked off the process and made some changes so the app is compatible with Google's latest requirements. The good news is that we have received verification today that the app was approved! So hopefully this issue is fixed -- if you still see it, please let me know. Second, we understand that the syncing frequency is an issue with some (most?) users! We did change this frequency to 5 mins rather than 15, but in order to make it instantaneous, we need to do some rework, which will take some time. So please be patient, we know this is an issue and will be working to improve this syncing (we don't want it to delay the new mobile apps). That being said, please leave your suggestions here, or on the roapmap |

This feature hasn't been removed, however you can configure how long your deleted tasks are stored before they are permanently deleted. (You can configure that here: https://beta.toodledo.com/account_edit.php?edit=12) By default tasks are permanently deleted after 1 month, but on the free account you can configure it up to 6 months. Are you trying to restore a task that has been deleted more than 1 month ago, or was it a recently deleted task? |

Can you make sure that you are visiting https://tasks.toodledo.com/sharing/ rather than https://www.toodledo.com/tasks/#sharing The former is the "new" version of the tasks page that includes options such as "All tasks", "Joint Tasks", etc. and the latter is the "Original" tasks page. It looks like your settings are correct to go to the new page upon login, but I wonder if you maybe have an old bookmark or link that points to https://www.toodledo.com/tasks/ instead of https://tasks.toodledo.com/? |
