You can now reassign tasks, create joint tasks and manage joint tasks. The only collaboration feature that we haven't added yet is the ability to switch workspaces. This one is tricky for a variety of reasons and we haven't figured out a solution yet that works. The main two problems with workspace switching is Storage and Security. Not only do you have to store your tasks for offline access, but you have to store all of your collaborator's tasks. If you have 10 collaborators, and the app has to sync and store data for all 10 of them, the amount of data and time spent syncing can get out of hand. Additionally, with all of your collaborator's data stored offline on your phone, there is a real security concern. If the phone gets lost or stolen, all of the collaborator's data gets compromised, not just yours and we don't currently have a way to protect against this or even notify the collaborators if something like this happened. So, we've currently decided to leave this out of the app. However, you can always use our website from your iPhone and check your collaborators workspace that way. It just won't be available offline.

The app is a better choice if you need alarms to work when you don't have an internet connection. But, the app has to know about the task, which means it has to sync with the website if you add a task on the website. In other words if you add a task on the website and give it an alarm, the app won't know about it until you sync. If you use the app infrequently then having alarms come from the website is a better choice since the website has the most up to date information. However, the drawback is that if your phone doesn't have an internet connection at the time of the alarm, the website wont be able to connect to your phone and tell it to beep.

Then check that when you refresh the list the task isn't moved to the proper location. Does the task keep its due-date of "today" no matter how many times you complete it?

The gist of the technical hurdle is that if the highlighted text starts before the link and ends in the middle of the link, it can break the link. So, instead of breaking the link, we decided to turn the links off during a search. We'll resolve this in the future. @nighthawk: Can you try something for me? Click the note to make it editable. Then type something into the note, anything. Then click the timestamp button. Please let us know if it works in this case and it will give us the clue we need to solve the problem.

Here is my feedback. 1) You can still select text and copy and paste without entering edit mode. If you accidentally click instead of click+drag to select text, you will enter edit mode where you can continue to select text and copy/paste. There is no worry of accidentally editing your note because you have to click the "Save" button for any of the edits to become permanent. So even if you accidentally edited the note when you were trying to copy/paste, those edits won't be saved. 2) Currently, when you do a search, it shows the matching notes sorted by however you have them sorted. I think what we may do in the future is to instead sort the found notes by "relevance" and if the search matched the title it would have more relevance than if the search matched the contents. This would make notes with a matching title appear closer to the top, which I think will make it similar to what you want, while still keeping the improved search for everyone else.

There is currently no way to view all of the tasks that you have assigned to all of your collaborators in one list.
