So you can only choose to fetch all tasks or those that have been modified since after a certain point in time.

Then you can open this in your spreadsheet and sort by the timer field and delete the tasks that don't have a timer.

Here is our documentation on authentication: http://api.toodledo.com/3/account/index.php I suspect that you are not getting the authorization code from the redirect correctly and are either sending am empty code or altered code back to Toodledo in exchange for a token, and that is why you are getting that error. The website is saying that the authorization code you sent is either blank (you didn't send one) or we have no record of it (you sent the wrong one).

You could also download 3rd party app that also syncs with Toodledo and use that app for the other account and keep your main account inside the Toodledo app.

For now I recommend you try sorting by folder, importance, alphabetical. The "Importance" sort is a magic combination of priority+date+star which may work for you.
