Unfortunately, this is how optional tasks were designed to work. If you have not completed an optional task when the due-date passes, it will be deleted automatically. https://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php?sel=42 In some cases, its possible to recover the note when restoring a deleted task, but not in the case of optional subtasks that were automatically deleted. I am sorry. This is something we are working on for the future.

If you are going to move all overdue tasks to today, then "overdue" and "today" have the same meaning, so there is no real need to make the edits.

CSV stands for "comma separated values". Im guessing your file has the columns separated by a tab instead, which is the most common mistake we see. This is actually a TSV file. So, tasks with a Priority of 0 that are due in the next 7 days will show up. If you want to use an AND, you can use our Saved Search section to make your own custom Hotlist.

Android OS handles the syncing to preserve battery life, so it may be less often than 15 mins if your batter is low or you have bad reception. You can also select the "Sync" option from the menu in the app to make it sync right away.

For compatibility reasons, our "monthly repeat" logic works the same way as monthly repeating tasks on iCal and Google Cal. The same thing would happen there for monthly tasks that repeat on the 31st of the month. They skip months that dont have a 31st. We have plays to make a special "last day of the month" option, but this is still on our todo list.

You could try the PayPal option instead which still allows you to pay with a credit card even if you dont have a PayPal account. You could also try using a different web browser or different computer.
