If you dont see it, you may have an old version of our app, which you can update. Or you may not be using our app.

The intended usage is for you to estimate the time with the "length" field and the track or enter the actual time in the "timer" field. You can enable both of these in your account settings.

If you want to create and assign several tasks at once, you can switch to that person's workspace and then use the bulk add or quick add options to quickly add several tasks to their account.

Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Dec 01, 2015 Score: 0 If you click the "Add Task" button at the top of the page, you can set the folder by picking it from the drop down menu before you press the "Save" button. If you are adding it via some other way, then you will need to either set your default folder in your account settings, or edit the task after creating it to set the folder.

This happens as often as once a month, but usually less frequently if you use the app often. When this happens, you need to be online for it to complete the sign-in process. We will look into making this work better, so you can keep using the app offline if you are unable to signin. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The keyboard shortcut for starting a new Simple Search is "F" like before. Then you type into the box and it will do the search as you type; you don't need to press the enter key.

So, when you complete the task inside the app, you will need to sync, so that the website knows you completed it and then it will reschedule it for you.

In the meantime, I suggest that you create a saved search with the criteria that you want and then sort that saved search by importance and length and you can then scan down the list looking for important tasks short enough to fit within your time block.
