How to get list of Folders & Contexts?

I tried clipping it using Evernote, but Evernote seems to be unable to capture the text boxes where the information is. Any other suggestions?

Depending on how many you have, you could probably copy and paste them into a text document and then reformat it in a few minutes.

It is not currently possible to export the list of folders or contexts as a XML file. Depending on how many you have, you could probably copy and paste them into a text document and then reformat it in a few minutes.
