Todays Toodledo Toosday Tip:

Did you know that you can move the notes and file attachments icons to the left side of each task? To do this, go into your account settings and edit your display preferences. Mark the box that says "Show note and file attachment icons on the left." File attachments are available with an upgraded subscription.

Not sure on the attachments, since I don't have a Gold subscription.

But to put the notes icon on the left, click on "Settings" in the upper right,

then under the "Tasks" grouping, click on "edit" next to where it says Display Preferences.

There will now be a new dialogue box at the top of the page, which says "Modify Settings"; in that there is an option to have "Multi-Line" or "Grid". Underneath "Grid" is a checkbox for "Show note icon on the left"

Thanks carlaxelfranzon! That checkbox is easy to miss and I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for.

Agree that the checkbox is easy to miss, should be a little space above it.

That being said, this is a GREAT improvement, especially when I use a large monitor and the note icon is WAAAAAAAAAY over to the right.
