In addition to a due-date and time, you also need to set an alarm by picking a value from the "alarm" field.

This is controlled by your filters. Try turning off the "hide recently completed" filter and you will see recently competed tasks in your list with a checkmark.

Once you have subtasks enabled, go into your account settings and under the "subtasks" heading, select the option to manually sort them.

Version 2.1.12 of our iOS App for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch is now available from the iTunes App Store.

Here is what is new:
+ Folders can now be reordered manually
+ To declutter the UI a little, we moved adding and editing of folders, contexts, goals and locations into the settings section and redesigned how they work a little bit
+ The filter/sort toolbar above your list is no longer fixed. It now scrolls with the list, which frees up some screen space to display one extra row of tasks.
+ Fixed a bug with sorting tasks by folder when folders are ordered alphabetically and you have folders with mixed case (upper and lower case letters)
+ Fixed a few crashes that occur in rare and specific scenarios
+ The Dutch flag in the language section is now correct
+ Fixed a few other little bugs

Sigh... Twitter has a reputation for breaking their API and they did it again. Apparently, on June 30th they changed the permission system for their API, which caused it to be not backwards compatible with Toodledo. It would have been nice if they had sent us an email or something, but I guess we have to figure it out the hard way.

We know what the problem is now, and we are working on a solution.

We posted somewhere that we are curently working on a redesign of the website. As you can imagine, redesigning the entire website is a lot of work, but we are making good progress. This is why you haven't seen many updates in the last 2 months. We are nearing the finish line, and we are very excited about the results.

We'll probably be looking for beta testers in the next week or so.

Yes, that is a frequent request, and it is still on our to-do list for a future update.

I think the problem is using a . instead of a :

Try typing 1:30pm instead and see if that helps.

Yes, there are a few things like counters and dates that don't refresh automatically. We are planning to address this in a future update.

You could also make the task an optional repeating task, which means that its due-date gets automatically moved forward even if you don't do it. For example, I have a weekly optional task for "clean my desk". If I don't do it, it just moves to the next week automatically instead of staying overdue.

Over the last 2 hours, we have been experiencing some intermittent downtime. I am estimating the combined downtime to be around 30 minutes. This was the result of several recurring maintenance tasks triggering at the same time and causing too much load on our database. We are monitoring everything right now, and expect to have everything under control in the next 10 minutes. Going forwards, we will be putting checks in place to prevent multiple maintenance tasks from running at the same time.

I apologize for any inconvenience that this might have caused with being unable to access your tasks.
