We greatly appreciate when errors are reported to us. You can do this via a Support Ticket.
When creating a support ticket, please provide as much information as possible. If you are reporting an error with our web page, please include any error messages that your browser is generating. Here is how to find the browser error messages:
Chrome on Windows 7Click the "wrench" icon in the upper right corner and select "Tools" and then "Developer Tools". Then click on the "Console" icon. Errors will be reported in this window.
Firefox 4 on Windows 7Click the Firefox menu and then click "Web Developer" and then "Web Console". Error messages will appear in here mixed in with other messages.
IE 8 on Windows 7Click the "Tools" menu and then select "Developer Tools". Click the "Script" tab and then look on the right side in the "Console" area for errors.
IE 9 on Windows 7Click the Gear icon in the toolbar and select "F12 Developer Tools". Click the "Script" tab and then look on the right side in the "Console" area for errors.
Chrome on MacClick the Wrench icon in the upper right corner and select "Tools" and then "Developer Tools". Then click on the "Console" icon. Errors will be reported in this window.
Safari on MacIf you do not see the "Develop" menu, click on the Safari menu and select "Preferences". Then go to the "Advanced" tab and check "Show Develop menu". Then from the "Develop" menu, select "Show Error Console". Errors will appear in this new window.
Firefox 4 on MacFrom the "Tools" menu, select "Error Console". Then click on the "Errors" button at the top of that window. Errors will appear here.
