Will my account be here forever?
To maintain your online account on this website, you must sign in to this website at least once a year. If you exclusively use an external app that syncs with Toodledo, you still need to sign into the website at least once a year. The reasoning is that if you never use our website, then your account is not giving you any benefit.

If you do not sign into your account for over a year, it will be marked as inactive. We will then send out several warning emails to the email address on file. Your spam filters may block these emails, so make sure that Toodledo is added to your email whitelist.
If your account is still inactive after 18 months, then the account will be deleted. Any external apps that you sync with will no longer be able to sync. You are welcome to create a new account at anytime.
If you would like to delete your account sooner, you can always do so from your account settings page.
