How do I sort my tasks?
Toodledo has powerful sorting functionality. You can sort your list by any field that you are using and you can sub-sort by 2 additional criteria. The way this works is your first sort criteria is used first. This will sort the tasks and group them together with dividers between tasks that share the same value. For tasks that have the same value for the primary sort criteria, the secondary sort criteria will then be used, followed by the third criteria.

The way this works is your first sort criteria is used first. This will sort the tasks and group them together with dividers between tasks that share the same value. For tasks that have the same value for the primary sort criteria, the secondary sort criteria will then be used, followed by the third criteria.
To do this, look in the toolbar above your to-do list for the "Sort" section. There will be three icons here which represent the three sort criteria. To change one, click on it and pick a new value from the popup menu.
