How do the email reminders work?
In your account settings, when editing your email address, you can enable daily email reminders. If this option is turned on, your hotlist will be emailed to you once a day at midnight.

In your account settings, when editing your email address, you can enable daily email reminders. If this option is turned on, your hotlist will be emailed to you once a day at midnight.
You can also get customizable just-in-time reminders for tasks that are due soon. This can be setup in the Tools section under "Reminders". For instructions on how to do this, please read our reminder help topic.
There is also a way to send an email to Toodledo to add a task or retrieve tasks. You can read more about that in our email access documentation.
