The Toodledo Firefox Addon allows you to add and view your tasks from any webpage on the internet. After installing the addon, the first thing you need to do is go to the "Tools" menu and find the "Toodledo" submenu. Select "Settings..." and enter your Toodledo account information. Now, you are ready to begin using the following tools:
Contextual Menu
Right click your mouse to open the contextual menu. You will see an option to add a task. When you select this option, a window will pop up which you can use to add a task. If you select some text on the webpage before opening the contextual menu, you will be able to add a task with the selected text as the title. If you right click on a link, you will be able to add that link as a task.
SidebarGo to the "View" menu and under "Toolbars" select "Toodledo". This will open up a sidebar that will allow you to view your hotlist from anywhere on the web. You can easily check-off tasks from the sidebar.
Toolbar ButtonsThere are two buttons that you can add to your toolbar. One of them opens the "add a task" window, and the other one opens the sidebar. To add the buttons to your toolbar, go to the "View" menu and select "Toolbars > Customize..." Locate the button you want to add and drag it into your existing toolbar.
