iPhone

The iPhone has gotten out of sync with the website.

Although it is very rare, sometimes our iPhone App gets out of sync with Toodledo.com. If this should happen to you, first make sure that your account information is entered correctly in the iPhone app's settings and then do a manual sync from within the "Synchronization Settings" page.

If this does not solve the problem, you may need to reset the sync status. To do this, go into the "Synchronization Settings" page and tap on "Modify Account Login". There are two buttons at the bottom of the page that you can use to force a full sync.

  • iPhone to Toodledo.com - This will force the iPhone to upload all of it's information to the website. Be careful, because this will potentially override any changes that you have made on the website.
  • Toodledo.com to iPhone - This will force the iPhone to download everything from the website. Be careful, because this will potentially override any changes that you have made on the iPhone.

If neither of these options work, you'll need to reset the iPhone. To do this, go "Purge Data" option in our iPhone app's settings section. Use this to delete all the tasks on your iPhone. Now, your iPhone is empty and you should be able to sync everything down from the website.
